Do you love chocolate desserts? You only need 3 ingredients to make these delicious Oreo truffles.
Want to make it boozy? Add Baileys, Kaula or your favorite liqueur.
To add nut butter: replace half of the cream cheese with your favorite nut butter.
Ingredients 1 package Oreo cookies, finely crushed (approximately 4 cups) ( 8oz) package cream cheese, softened 2 cups chocolate chips or baking chocolate, melted
Directions In a bowl, mix cream cheese and 3 1/2 cups of cookie crumbs until blended. (Reserve the remaining cookie crumbs)
Shape into 1 inch balls using your hands.
Dip chocolate in melted chocolate using 2 forks and place on baking sheet covered with parchment or wax paper.
Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs and refrigerate until firm, approximately 1 hour.
